This booklet is mainly concerned with the rice culture of the Lotuds, an indigenous group based at Tuaran, Sabah. At the time of writing the Lotuds' traditions based around rice, their staple diet for centuries, was steadily being eroded as a result of mechanisation. So the attempt to capture those traditions before some of them disappear. Bilingual in English and Malay. 80 pages with some traditional recipes and line drawings.
