The Majlis Aceh, was both a genealogy of the kings of Aceh, Indonesia, for approximately six centuries up to 1815, but also a set of 31 rules for the conduct of kingship. This translation sets out the rules, responsibilities and methods of enforcement. The text also gives an insight into tax collection on trade during this period. 110 pages with a glossary and a list of references.
