This little 80 page booklet was issued by the Colonial office probably as a guide to new arrivals in the 'Eastern Dependencies,' i.e. Malaya, Singapore, Sarawak, Brunei, North Borneo and Hong Kong. As a result the tone is fairly simplisitic, but the content comprehensive for a colonial guide. Post free airmail world wide.
