Condition: The dust jacket has a nick at the top of the spine and some rubbing in one corner. The end papers have shadows from the dust jacket flaps. A front end paper has a dedication that could have been signed by the authors. The binding is tight, the text clear and there is no tanning of the pages except for faint tanning around the margin edges in a few places.
