The contents include 1 - Planning & Preparation, 2 - Transportation, 3 - The Budget, 4 - Finances and Money, 5 - Asia 101 - A Cultural Primer, 6 - Hurdling the Language Barrier, 7 - Health, 8 - The Woman Travelling Alone, 9 - Travel Photography, 10 - Coping Abroad, 11 - Attitude Adjustment for a Better Trip, 12 - Miscellaneous Tips and Tricks and Eighteen Asian Backdoors.
