A Wok Through Time
This collection of recipes is a departure from the run of the mill cook books that populate the Asian cooking market in that Leong's recipes, although grounded in traditional techniques and ingredients, add a "Western twist' as well. His willingness to explore has brought him numerous awards including Asian Ethnic Chef of the Year three times at the World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence. The book is divided into three sections 1 - Recipes learnt from his father, an established traditional Chinese chef, 2- Recipes that Leong has cooked for VIPs and celebrities and 3 - Examples of modern Chinese cooking for international appreciation. 184 pages.
