Condition: The cover has a fair amount of rubbing around the edges and a small tear at the top of the spine. The front end papers are loose, but holding and there is a crack along the hinge next to the title page that does not otherwise affect the strength of the binding. A previous owner's neat personal stamp is on a front end paper and the title page. Otherwise the binding is tight, the text clear and there is mild to medium tanning of the pages. The gilt on the text block is still strong
