Miscellaneous Notes on Malaysian Magic and Aspects of Spirit-Mediumship in Peninsular Malaysia
---
William Shaw
On this subject, Shaw is best known for his work, Aspects of Malaysian Magic, which was published two years after this monograph. Presumably most of the information here was also in the later book. He covers various aspects of magic from various cultures, but has most information on Malay practices. Very Good Paperback. 176 pages which include more than 100 black and white plates and at least 20 line drawings of charms and other aspects of magic practice. Published as Volume XVIII of the Federation Museums Journal
Weight: 0.6 kg Post free within Malaysia
Condition:
The cover is tanned with age but has little other signs of wear. The binding is tight, text clear and there is very mild tanning throughout.
