Condition: The spine covering is darker than the rest of the cover and about a third of it is partially loose. The gilt titling there and elsewhere is still strong. There is rubbing at the top and base of the spine and in varying degrees on the other edges of the cover. There is a former owner's smart personal name plate on the inside front cover. There are minor signs of insect attack at the beginning and end of the book. The inside covers and end papers are heavily tanned.
