This two volume work presents a wealth of data uncovered principally by Harrisson while he was Curator of The Sarawak Museum between 1947 and 1966. He and his colleagues managed to uncover evidence of large-scale iron workings and evidence of Hindu and Buddhist influence in the area around Santubong, near Kuching, Sarawak in the period from 900 to 1350 AD. 417 pages with tables and about two dozen plates.
