The Conduct of Anti-Terrorist Operations in Malaya

---------

HQ Malaya

A grim, but interesting guide to forces under British command in the Malayan 'Emergency' as to how 'to kill or capture Communist terrorists in Malaya.' as General Templer states in his foreword. The book marks a consolidation of British tactics and new drive by Templer who had been appointed the British High Commissioner to Malaya a few months before this book was published.    The sixteen chapters  contain much of what one might expect in such a manual from methods of patrolling to how do deal with air support and conduct ambushes.  Unpaginated, but probably about 200 pages.
